Terms of Service.

What you can use.
Lonestar Academics grants you a non-exclusive license to access the question bank and analytics for personal study or, in the case of a campus license, for the rostered students at the licensed campus. The license is revocable for cause.
What you cannot do.
You may not bulk-export the question bank, scrape it, sell its contents, or use it to train an AI model. Question text is sourced from copyrighted contest material under fair use for educational practice; redistribution is not granted.
Subscription, renewal, refunds.
Premium and campus licenses renew automatically on the date shown in your billing settings. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
Disclaimers.
Lonestar Academics is a study tool. We are not affiliated with the University Interscholastic League. Practice on our platform does not guarantee any specific contest outcome. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months, or $50 if you are on the free tier. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
